Recently, these changing views became a topic of discussion on Piers Morgan Uncensored, in which Morgan spoke with Bill O’Reilly. For his part, O’Reilly is known for his work with the Fox News Channel, having hosted The O’Reilly Factor from 1996 to 2017.
Noting His Previous Work With Fox News, Such As The O’Reilly Factor, Morgan Asked O’Reilly To Weigh In On His Former Colleagues
During the conversation, O’Reilly and Morgan took note of a number of figures who have been targeting President Trump, including Kelly and Carlson, as well as Marjorie Taylor Greene. Morgan then asked him to weigh in on his former Fox News colleagues.
As Morgan noted, “They’ve turned on Donald Trump, who’s turned on them as well, but there’s a real fracturing of the right in America. A lot of these are your former Fox News colleagues. What do you make of what’s happening here?”

Musing on the subject, O’Reilly felt that the issue was that Carlson and Kelly were “personalities” more than “journalists.” As he explained, “Well, look, I can’t speak for them as far as their motivation is concerned. I can tell you that they’re not journalists! None of them are.”
“They are personalities and very successful personalities. So, I mean, I back up everything I say by conversations with the president of the United States, one-on-one. Or Pentagon, or Mossad, or whatever the weapons inspectors in Austria, or wherever vehicle is going to give me information. And I pass that information along to my viewers and listeners. I’m not in it for clicks.”
