For 27 years, Margaret Tinken was the first person that visitors met when they arrived at Baxter Media’s offices on Dupont Street in Toronto.
She was friendly, with a magnetic personality that made people visiting feel more than welcome and she was always happy to engage them in conversation about anything and everything.
She was exuberant and spirited and loved by all who had the pleasure of working with her.
Sadly, Margaret passed away earlier this year at the age of 80.
A celebration of Margaret’s life will be held on June 20, 2026 at Gerrard Art Space (www.gerrardartspace.com) in Toronto.
