It’s finally happening — pre-orders are officially live for Rockstar’s long-awaited Grand Theft Auto VI, and if you’re looking to preorder it, here is how to do it, and what sweet goodies you get with preordering it.
To start things off, you can pre-order the game in several different ways. If you want to do it online, you can visit Rockstar’s website and go through the process for both the PlayStation Store and the Xbox Store. If you would rather have the code in the box (there’s no disc with the physical copy!), it will redirect you to a separate page on the Rockstar shop to place the order. According to the website, the estimated shipping date for the box will be Nov. 12, 2026.
If you would rather skip going through Rockstar’s website, you can pre-order GTA VI through your console’s dedicated store. Most people will probably do it on the console itself, but I managed to do it through PlayStation’s PSApp. Once you get to the listing for GTA VI, you can select your preferred version (I know PlayStation auto-defaults to the Ultimate Edition), then complete the pre-order purchase.
Now, let’s get into the goodies. Here is what you get if you preorder the Ultimate Edition:
- Vintage Vice City Pack (Preorder Bonus): Includes a ’55 Vapid Stanier sedan, garage, new looks for Jason and Lucia, and an exclusive weapon pattern.
- Free Month of GTA+ (Preorder Bonus): One free month of GTA+ featuring a recurring monthly GTA$500,000 deposit into your GTA Online character’s bank account, special Shark Cards with 15 per cent bonus GTA$, and more.
- Vehicles: ’95 Grotti Cheetah, Shitzu Squalo, ’67 Vapid Dominator Buggy, Classic Car Collection missions, Ganado Retro Build, Jason’s Safehouse Vehicles (Army motorcycle and a kayak)
- Buildings: Rideout Customs Mod Shop, Sara’s Unisex Salon, Stock 305 Clothing Store, Electric Fang Tattoo Parlor, One-Eyes Willie’s Mod Shop, PTT Youngin$ Illegal Goods Store
- Character Styling: Vice City Style (exclusive outfits, tattoos, and more), Goodtime Gear collection

In comparison, the Standard Edition only comes with the previously-mentioned Vintage Vice City pack and a free month of GTA+.
If you want to preorder GTA VI, the Standard Edition officially retails for $109.99 in Canada (the U.S. prices were shared yesterday), while the Ultimate Edition retails for $139.99. GTA VI comes out on Nov. 19, 2026.
