RR outclass LSG in a gripping low-scoring contest in IPL 2026

While Jurel’s catch provided the wow factor, the foundation of the Rajasthan Royals’ victory was laid by a gritty batting performance and a disciplined bowling effort. Despite a lone resistance from Mitchell Marsh, who scored a fighting 55 off 41 balls, LSG collapsed like a house of cards.

From 91/4, they lost their final six wickets for just 28 runs, eventually being bundled out for 119 in 18 overs. Jadeja’s all-round brilliance (43* and 1/29) rightfully earned him the Player of the Match award, as RR proved that even in the high-scoring era of the IPL, a total of 159 can be a mountain if defended with passion and elite fielding.
