Now, the seventy-two-year-old pilot is breaking his silence on his shocking look. It has had people chatting and not always in a good way, so he seems to want to clear it up. Speaking with CNN, the actor said this:
“I said, ‘I’m a director this time. You’re an actor, play the part of a director, look like an old-school director.’”
Yes, this time at Cannes, John Travolta was promoting Propeller One-Way Night Coach, which is his directorial debut. Not only is it his debut as a director, but the film stars his only daughter, Ella Bleu, who was his date. Adding to his incredible look, complete with round, wire glasses, John added:
