KJ Biermann, 15, was arrested on August 17th, 2026, for alleged sexual battery. He has been in a detention center ever since and has been charged as an adult. While this is happening, his parents, Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann, have their own drama. Kim was traveling with her boyfriend, Kyle Mowitz, who was also filing documents to block Kroy from being around his children. Yes, Kroy is currently dating Kyle’s estranged wife, or they are at the very least seeing where things go. Followers of the story slammed Kim for even thinking of going on vacation while her son was locked up.
Kroy was still in Georgia with their children, picking them up from events. Now, as KJ’s court date approaches, the two were finally spotted together. Their son, Kash, has a football game, so Kim walked in with their daughter, Kaia, by her side. Kim donned a sleek, long-sleeved athletic suit with white sneakers and her long blonde hair parted down the center. Kroy was casual in khakis, flip-flops, and a long-sleeved navy shirt. However, he exited before the game ended, not too long after his estranged wife showed up to the game.

KJ will go to court on September 1st, and his parents are expected to be in attendance. Followers of the alleged incident have slammed both Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann. They believe that the tumult the children experienced has negatively impacted the four minor kids.
