She hasn’t clarified the post or added anything to her Stories as of Wednesday afternoon.
Without a product tag or named subject, the rating is open to interpretation. That made it a quick talking point among her followers. They came up with a range of guesses.
Kourtney, 47, is the eldest of the Kardashian-Jenner siblings and has kept a lower public profile than her sisters over the past couple of years. She stepped back from some of the spotlight around her pregnancy with son Rocky Thirteen Barker, born in November 2023. Rocky turned two last November. Her three older kids are with ex Scott Disick. Mason is 16, Penelope is 13, and Reign is 11. Any of them could theoretically explain a spontaneous perfect rating.
Lemme remains her most active professional project. She launched the gummy supplement brand in 2022 and has grown it into a full wellness line covering sleep, focus, energy, and digestion. Kourtney is the brand’s public face and has promoted it consistently through Instagram and occasional appearances. A quiet, untagged “10/10” could work as a soft product nod, or it could point somewhere else entirely.
Poosh, her lifestyle website, is another ongoing project. Kourtney launched it in 2019 as a hub for wellness content, recipes, and product recommendations. She’s maintained it steadily alongside Lemme, and the two projects overlap in their health-forward focus.
Travis Barker is a natural candidate for any positive rating she puts out. Kourtney’s husband has been active with Blink-182 throughout 2026, with the band keeping up a regular schedule of shows and festival appearances. Kourtney has been openly supportive of his music career. A great show, or a good stretch of time together at home between tour dates, would fit the dynamic.

Late May is usually a busy window for the Kardashian family. Summer events, travel, and brand activity tend to pick up around this time. The timing alone doesn’t narrow anything down.
