Real Madrid are reportedly in pole position to sign winger Yan Diomande from RB Leipzig, according to Sky in Germany.
Real look the most likely club for the 19-year-old Ivory Coast international after agreeing terms, although an £85million bid has been rejected by the German club.
Diomande has previously been linked with Champions League winners Paris Saint-Germain, with Liverpool also thought to be keen on landing the youngster.
Leipzig are said to want significantly more than £85m for their prized asset, who scored 13 goals and assisted 10 last season, which has reportedly put Liverpool off the move.
Real have had a busy transfer window under Jose Mourinho so far, bringing in Marc Cucurella, Bernardo Silva, Ibrahima Konate and Denzel Dumfries this summer.

Real’s move for Diomande could end up having a knock-on effect on the future of current star Vinicius Junior, who has been strongly linked with Arsenal in recent days.
The Athletic’s David Ornstein has indicated that the Premier League champions have made enquiries over a move for the Brazilian, although talks are said to be at an early stage.
The Brazilian has been linked with an exit from the Bernabeu after entering the final year of his contract, and Real’s move for Diomande – who like Vinicius is a left-winger – would suggest they are preparing for life without the two-time Champions League winner.
Arsenal are on the lookout for a new left-winger following Leandro Trossard’s departure, with the Gunners missing out on England international Morgan Rogers who moved to London rivals Chelsea from Aston Villa.
