Former RHOBH star Annemarie Wiley has filed for divorce from her husband, Marcellus Wiley. She claims that he not only raped her but also has a history of domestic violence. Annemarie Wiley Files For Divorce
Viewers met Annemarie Wiley on Season 13 of RHOBH. She came as Kyle Richards’ friend and was not well received by the cast as she challenged Sutton Stracke. Annemarie questioned her health and eating issues, which caused quite a stir. There were also questions about her medical background, as she is a Nurse Anesthesiologist. She did redeem herself when Crystal Kung Minkoff got sick on a cast trip, and Annemarie was able to jump into action. After one season, she was done, and fans seemed okay with that.
Now, Annemarie is back in the spotlight. She accused her husband of twelve years of rape and domestic violence. Annemarie stated Marcellus threatened to kill her and then poked her in the cheek over the July 4th holiday. Furthermore, this seemingly was not the first time this happened. The former reality star told authorities that she had plans to divorce him due to his behavior, which she never reported. She followed through on July 6th and cited irreconcilable differences as the reason.
There is currently a no-contact order in place, so Marcellus must stay away from his RHOBH wife. Additionally, he cannot comment on her social media or attempt to contact her there. When the incident happened, they had been vacationing in Florida with their children. There were other kids present, but Annemarie feared what her husband would do when they got back to California.

- Hope she follows through on the divorce and doesn’t go back. Any man capable of rape is capable of killing.
- Wow! She’s put up with his abuse THAT long?! I’m thinking it was ego that kept her with him. I think she has a very hard time acknowledging that she can make a mistake.
- My mom always said someone can hide what’s going on behind the scenes for so long. She was smart to call the police on that abuser. This abuse is in par of who this (alleged) rapist is. The stories the women told about him is horrific.
