The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is knee-deep in Season 15 reunion drama. At the same time, Dorit Kemsley’s estranged husband, Paul ‘PK’ Kemsley, has been sharing his side of the breakup. RHOBH alum Teddi Mellencamp recently chimed in with her thoughts on what PK had to say. However, she may have permanently burned a bridge with Dorit over some incredibly hurtful comments. Dorit & Teddi Had Formed A Close Bond
When Season 8 of RHOBH began, Dorit Kemsley, who was in her sophomore season, introduced Teddi Mellencamp. They got along famously until the overly punctual Teddi was left waiting far too long for Dorit. That caused a season-long rift between the two women, but they eventually reconciled despite some major hiccups. Five of the ladies formed a group called the Fox Force Five, which included Teddi, Dorit, Kyle Richards, Erika Jayne, and Lisa Rinna. They were there through highs and lows, but now, Teddi seems to be against Dorit.
Recently, Dorit’s estranged husband, Paul ‘PK’ Kemsley, opened up about their relationship. He made some statements that were discussed on Teddi and Tamra Judge’s Two Ts in a Pod podcast, such as the “show created scenarios that did not happen.” Teddi quickly jumped on that and noted how mad she would be if her husband at the time said something like that. At the same time, she did not believe any of that and felt what was shown of the Kemsleys was completely genuine:
“I’m sure production, and I know he’s good friends with [executive producer] Alex Baskin, is really loving that. I’m gonna call bullsh*t.”
Teddi Mellencamp went on to detail every single one of the scenes and moments from the show that likely were not fabricated:
“What about that crying episode when their home was burglarized, and Dorit was hugging [Mauricio Umansky]? Was that created? Was your Buca di Beppo room created? Was your non-alcoholic champagne created? Was your wedding dress line created? Was Beverly Beach created?”
She then questioned the time when PK said he did not recognize his wife. Teddi claimed it could mean Dorit Kemsley had too much plastic surgery, or she just changed way too much.
Immediately, Dorit was broken about what she heard and slammed the betrayal of Teddi. She took to the comments section of the podcast’s social media page and shared her thoughts.
The Backlash Is Real
RHOBH fans were not thrilled with Teddi Mellencamp and how she spoke about Dorit Kemsley. Keep in mind that Teddi and Kyle Richards are best friends. However, Dorit and Kyle are currently at each other’s throats, so that could impact how Teddi is behaving. Regardless, fans and followers felt Teddi was being unnecessarily cruel to her former friend and made that known:
- Not loving this hate on Dorit fest and shame on you Teddie for mentioning her plastic surgery like that and the Mau hug
- This is mean girls
- Why are you guys haters? Jealousy makes people so mean it’s so sad. #teamDorit
- I really care about Teddi but this is giving mean girl vibes and it makes me sad for Dorit.
