The Real Housewives of Miami alum Lenny Hochstein was recently accused of drugging and assaulting an unnamed female. Yet, he has vehemently denied any wrongdoing and is ready to bring the proof. Lenny Hochstein Has Been To Battle
RHOM fans know that Lenny Hochstein has been to battle. He was previously married to Lisa Hochstein, but things were far from easy. The two struggled immensely and even split before welcoming their two children. He was a busy plastic surgeon, and the two had a contentious romance. Even when Lenny and Lisa parted ways, it was still a battle, but he did get engaged while she found a new man. Lenny’s engagement fell apart, and he is now dating a much younger model. Unfortunately for him, he was just accused of drugging and sexually assaulting a woman in 2025.
She claimed that he gave her a sleeping pill, but because he is a doctor, she did not think twice. However, she also alleged that he was hitting on her, yet she rejected the advances. The next morning, after she passed out from the medication, she claimed that they had been intimate. Now, Lenny is stating that he has video proof along with texts to prove that this never happened. Through his lawyer, he is speaking up, but he has yet to release all of the footage. Yet, he maintains that he will be vindicated when all is said and done. His lawyer, Lorne Berkeley, had this to say:
“Dr. Hochstein categorically denies the allegations asserted against him. We possess evidence that we believe materially contradicts the claims and evidence that will be presented in the appropriate legal forum.”
Moreover, the RHOM alum shared that the video will show the woman happily leaving Lenny’s Star Island mansion. That seemingly is enough to vindicate him. As of now, just a snippet has been put out to the public. Lenny Hochstein has not been presented in the best light in the past. Maybe this could change all of that.
A Gamechanger?
Is this a game-changer for the former RHOM star? Lenny Hochstein has not been well respected for his past behavior, but that does not mean he drugged anyone. The belief is that the woman is claiming this happened simply for money. After fans and followers saw and heard what happened, there were many mixed reactions:
- Idk. I’m giving benefit of the doubt to Lenny (as much as that makes me want to bathe in bleach) cuz innocent until proven guilty and money grabs DO happen even (and especially 🤨) these circumstances (despite indoctrination of rabid feminists proclaiming otherwise).
- I can’t stand him but this is a shake down. Though it couldn’t happen to a bigger POS.
- It shows some one walking away that proves nothing
