Rogers has rolled out its back-to-school deals, which include plan pricing, discounts on smartphones, and other services.
With that in mind, here are some of the deals that we saw on Rogers’ website:
Plans
Although some plans have had their prices reduced, only one plan is specifically advertised as a “Student Exclusive.”
- $60/60GB + unlimited talk/text Canada-wide, access to Rogers Satellite, and automatic entry into Rogers’ Back To School Contest (more on this later).
Here are some of the other plans that are marked down, although not marked as a “Student Exclusive.”
- 5G+ Lite: $65/60GB with unlimited talk/text Canada-wide
- 5G+ Essentials:$70/100GB with unlimited talk/text Canada-wide, and in the US for 24 months
- 5G+ Popular: $85/mo with unlimited data/dalk/text canada-wide, and in the US, Mexico/Caribbean for 24 months. There is also unlimited calling to 27 countries.
- 5G+ Ultimate: $100/mo with unlimited data/talk/text in 64 destinations, unlimited calling to 27 countries, and priority network access.
I should also mention that most of these plans include the same perks, including access to StreamSaver (save money on subscriptions), access to Rogers Satellite, and $0/mo off CityTV+ for the first three months.
Once you get to the 5G+ popular plan, you get more benefits like 25 per cent off Roam Like Home (incl. travel passes), and $5/mo off Sportsnet+ for the first 12 months. The 5G+ Ultimate plan gets an additional perk of being offered a $0/mo data-only plan for the first 24 months, alongside the Roam Like Home discount being 50 per cent rather than 20.

Let’s start off with some of the best internet deals:
- Popular 500 Internet: 500Mbps download, 200Mbps upload, available WiFi 7 upgrade, and $5/mo autopay discount (25 per cent discount, $25/mo savings)
- Premier 1.5G Internet: 1.5Gbps download, 200 Mbps upload, available WiFi 7 upgrade, and a $5/mo autopay discount (26 per cent discount, $40/mo savings)
- Premier 2G Internet: 2Gbps download, 200 Mbps upload, available WiFi 7 upgrade, and a $5/mo autopay discount (28 per cent discount, $45/mo savings)

There are also deals as low as $75, but they require a valid student email to access. However, I couldn’t see the full details since my student email is no longer valid.
Shifting to mobile phones, here are some of the top deals:
- Google Pixel 10 — $0 down, $0/mo on financing with Save and Return and a popular plan after bill credit.
- Apple iPhone Air — $0 down, $5/mo on financing with Save and Return and an Ultimate plan after bill credit.
- Samsung Galaxy S26 — $0 down, $35/mo on financing with Save and Return and an Ultimate plan after bill credit.
- Apple iPhone 17 — $0 down, $23.38/mo on financing with Save and Return and an Ultimate plan after bill credit.
- Google Pixel 10 Pro — $0 down, $0/mo on financing with Save and Return and a Popular plan after bill credit.

Touching on the Rogers Back to School Contest, Rogers is promoting that students could win $10,000 to help with school expenses, or one of 15 devices (valued between $1,200 and $2,000) just by being a student and activating a Rogers student plan (listed above). If you purchase one of the non-student plans, you can still enter the contest by filling out the online form. Rogers also notes that the contest runs from July 21, 2026, to September 30, 2026.
