The Toronto Sceptres of the Professional Women’s Hockey League signed forward and Canadian Olympic gold medalist Jamie Lee Rattray of Kanata, Ontario on Saturday according to the Canadian Press. Rattray won a gold medal for Canada in women’s hockey at the 2022 Olympic Winter Games in Beijing.
Rattray is joining her second PWHL franchise. She played the last three seasons with the Boston Fleet. In 2025-26, Rattray had four goals and eight assists for 12 points in 30 games. She was a +4 with 10 penalty minutes, five faceoff wins, one power-play goal, one shootout goal, and 41 shots. In three PWHL seasons, Rattray had 11 goals and 22 assists for 33 points in 84 games. She was a +5 with 26 penalty minutes, 57 faceoff wins, one power-play goal, one shootout goal, 16 blocked shots and 146 shots.
Rattray’s power-play goal came in a 4-3 Fleet shootout win over the New York Sirens on January 28, 2026. Rattray scored from defender Zoe Boyd of Caledon East, Ontario, and Olivia Mobley at 5:47 of the third period. At the time, the Fleet went up by a score of 3-2.
Rattray won the 2014 Patty Kazmaier Award. She was honoured for being the top women’s hockey player in the National Collegiate Athletic Association while with Clarkson University. She had 29 goals and 37 assists for 66 points in 41 games.
