Former Vanderpump Rules star Stassi Schroeder just walked the Sports Illustrated runway for the second year in a row. She looked incredible, but when she revealed how she got the sleek body, fans and followers were shocked. Some even pointed out her “disordered eating” to maintain her thin frame. Stassi Schroeder May Have Gone Too Far
When Stassi Schroeder first started on Vanderpump Rules, she was young and thin. As time went on, she admitted that she was not the same person she once was. She attributed her formerly slim physique to having been a smoker. Then, she was let go from the hit Bravo series after Season 8, but Stassi’s life was about to change for the better. She and her now-husband, Beau Clark, welcomed their first child, daughter Hartford. Afterward, Stassi went on an extreme diet where she lived off bone broth to slim down. She then welcomed her second child, a son named Messer.
Stassi is now in incredible shape and has landed a part on Vanderpump Villa as well as her own series, House of Stassi. She was also asked to walk in the Sports Illustrated runway show in Miami, first in 2025 and again in 2026. Fans were shocked at how incredible the reality star and podcast host looked in her bikini.

However, her super strict diet was soon revealed, and followers were stunned. Allegedly, Stassi Schroeder was incredibly restrictive with what she ate. She ditched certain meals, and when she did eat, she held back, and it was very low in calories. An insider recalled Stassi’s daily meals, or lack thereof:
“She skipped breakfast, had only a salad for lunch and then did not touch a carb after 5pm, so she was having only about 600 calories a day. The weight just melted off her body, but that kind of diet is very hard to do because the cravings are insane, Stassi said. It’s not easy for her to diet that hardcore, but the results are amazing and she felt great about herself.”
After hearing how hard she was on herself for this show, fans immediately slammed Stassi. They could not believe the lengths that she went to and how she was promoting such “disordered eating”:
- No one should ever do this; it’s not a diet, it’s starvation and disordered eating!
This Is No Way To Live
Despite it being for an event, this is no way for anyone to live. Yes, Stassi Schroeder had a big bikini show in Miami that she wanted to look incredible for. However, she has a track record of extreme dieting when need be, and that is sending a wrong message to those who look up to her:
- Promoting 600 calories a day is not cool, healthy, fun, safe, doable, reasonable, etc!!!! Why are we even calling attention to this?
- Someone dies every 90 seconds from an eating disorder-related illness. And this is super sad. She’s a mom of a daughter. This is so unhealthy.
Unfortunately, one follower shamed Stassi Schroeder even more, despite her extreme dieting. They stated that, with the way that she was eating, she should have been thinner, which is very sad.
