Superfan has announced his new album, My Piledriver Heart, out Oct. 16 via AD 93.
Detailing the release on Instagram, vocalist Kali Priya Flanagan described the LP as “10 heart-pounding movements of ontology” and noted that he worked with Omeed Almassi, who’s a cellist as well as Flanagan’s bandmate, best friend, and cousin.

“This time around, it was about being myself versus becoming myself,” he says. “This album centers around acknowledgment of the ebbs and flows in life and love from a place of comfort within the self — opening yourself up to the beauty of everyday life.”
Previewing the LP is “In The Gold Room,” a track about the gap between longing and fulfillment. It arrives alongside a live video filmed by Garrett Winston inside the Agger Fish Building in the Brooklyn Navy Yard. Watch the video and see the tracklist for My Piledriver Heart below.
