Tia Mowry is giving fans a glimpse into her love life.
The Sister, Sister alum, 47, took to Instagram on Wednesday, May 27, to share photos from her recent vacation at the Nobu Hotel Los Cabos in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. While the carousel mostly contained snaps of Mowry in swimwear and casual clothing while spending time on the beach, she snuck in a selfie with her mystery man. The photo showed Mowry’s boyfriend smiling at the camera as the actress laughed while looking away.
Meanwhile, a video showed Mowry and someone else — presumably her boyfriend — toasting with coffee and other beverages throughout the trip.
In another photo, Mowry’s boyfriend showed off his drawing skills as he sketched a portrait of the Family Reunion alum.
“A little sunshine, a little peace, and a much needed reset. Had the best time staying at @nobuloscabos 🤍,” she captioned the post.
Mowry’s new romance comes more than three years after she announced her separation from ex-husband Cory Hardrict after 14 years of marriage.
“I have always been honest with my fans, and today is no different. I wanted to share that Cory and I have decided to go our separate ways,” Mowry captioned an Instagram post in October 2022. “These decisions are never easy, and not without sadness.”
Mowry continued, “We will maintain a friendship as we co-parent our beautiful children. I am grateful for all the happy times we had together and want to thank my friends, family and fans for your love and support as we start this new chapter moving forward in our lives.”
Mowry and Hardrict, 46, share son Cree, 11, and daughter Cairo, 8.
Mowry filed for divorce later that month. The split was finalized in April 2023.
Two years later, Hardrict shared a rare update on his coparenting dynamic with Mowry.
“If you really love your children, you won’t get involved in the noise or the mess,” he said during an appearance on Sherri. “I make sure I always think about them first. I put myself last. So, if you do that, you’re gonna avoid the mess, right? It’s not mess in regards to the situation, it’s just what people create, like narratives. Because no one knows nothing.”
The All-American: Homecoming actor continued, “Everything starts and ends with love. We’re a family. No matter what people say. I block out the noise. My kids [are] gonna live to see all this one day, and it’s just kind of like, I gotta make sure I’m representing for them.”
Mowry later shared some advice for surviving divorce during an Instagram Q&A in June 2025.
“Dive into doing the work,” she said at the time. “Really, truly focus on self-care. Focus on what makes you happy and what brings you joy. Build a tribe, a community of friends, a support system. Meditate. Try new hobbies. Read books on healing. Spend time with your kids if you have them, or just surround yourself with people who genuinely love and support you.”
Mowry continued, “Do things that feel fun and fulfilling. Travel, if you can. Traveling really helped me. It’s all about creating new experiences. The more experiences you have, the further away you get from that heavy, gut-wrenching feeling of divorce.”
