The Twins have designated outfielder Kyler Fedko for assignment, per a team announcement. His spot on the 40-man roster goes to infielder Ben Ross, whose previously reported promotion from Triple-A St. Paul is now official. Minnesota also recalled righty Garrett Acton from Triple-A, rounding out their intitial pair of September call-ups.
