This season on Unexpected, Isabella Leal-Stone has struggled immensely with her boyfriend and baby daddy, Bryce Palmer. It got so bad that she would not even tell him when she was being induced, and he missed the birth of their daughter, Haisley. Now, they are living together and are engaged, but how did the teenagers reconcile? Bryce’s Nan, Sue, is spilling all of the tea as to what happened. Bryce Broke Isabella’s Heart
While Bryce Palmer and Isabella Leal-Stone were together, their relationship was anything but perfect. Yet, they stayed together and tried to make it work, especially when she got pregnant. Isabella told Bryce that he needed to man up and get a job, especially since the Unexpected star needed to support a family. However, he did not want a job that paid $10/hour and felt he was above that. Moreover, he lived with his Paw Paw and Nan, who continued to enable him. When Isabella told her mother that Bryce had hit her, his family refused to believe he was capable of such behavior.
They were awful to Isabella, but she did attend couples counseling with Bryce. Sadly, things went awry, and they broke up. She opted not to have him there when she was induced and delivered their daughter. Now, they are engaged, so fans are wondering how they reconciled. Bryce’s Nan, Sue, answered a follower and shared all of the details. She explained that he never gave up and paid child support when Isabella never even asked him for it. Sue added that he respected everything that Isabella asked of him, and he is beyond in love with her. Finally, she shared that there is a lot more coming up, so fans should keep tuning in.
Sue was the one who kept contacting Isabella and her mother, Tasha, as the induction neared on Unexpected. However, Bryce did not, which was a big problem because it made him appear disinterested. Did he even care that he was about to become a father, or was it all about his family?
Big Hopes
Unexpected fans have big hopes for the Texas-based couple. After reading what Sue posted, they hope that Bryce Palmer truly wants to do better for his family and his daughter. At the same time, many did not believe one word that Sue had to say and wished Bryce would speak for himself:
- I hope for that baby and everyone involved that this is true and he is trying to do better 💗
- Yeah, I’m not buying it. He loves the air she breathes, but he was physically abusive? Sure Sue.
- We always hear from his grandparents how the Bryce Palmer feels, but never from the Bryce Palmer himself. They say that he’s heartbroken and will be there for his daughter, but I don’t recall hearing the Bryce Palmer say that.
