Jelly Roll made a joke about Donald Trump being a “fat pig” on Jimmy Kimmel Live! However, David Spade thinks there is only one way he was able to get away with this.
“They had Jelly Roll on and he goes, ‘Trump’s a fat pig and so am I’ — so I think he got away with it. Of course, a little too many politics on that show for my taste. Love Jimmy, of course. I think it’s the only clips I see, it’s all political. Jelly Roll [comes] in off the street and he gets a fat-pig joke.”

It seems as though David thinks Jelly got away because he said he was also a “fat pig”. Jimmy Kimmel is all for bashing Donald Trump on his show. He does not like him and has made that clear since the beginning. However, this has led to some celebrities thinking the show is too political for them.
