If you have the chance, grab one of the seats at the bar. It’s my favourite spot in the restaurant, giving you a front-row view of the kitchen while sitting right beside the seafood display, where oysters, razor clams and the day’s fresh fish are beautifully presented. It all adds to the excitement before the food lands on your table.
