Taylor Swift is officially an aunt! After her marriage to Travis Kelce, she is officially the aunt to his three nieces. Needless to say, this has been having an effect on them. According to their mom, Kylie Kelce, Aunt Taylor has been having an influence on them. Keep reading to find out what Kylie has to say about Taylor and her girls.
Taylor Swift Joins The Family
Earlier this summer, Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce finally got married. The pair started dating in 2023 and got engaged in 2025. Of course, Taylor is famous for her dating history and her breakup songs, so this was a really big deal for Swifties around the world.
It seems as though they spared no expense and had an extremely over-the-top celebration for their wedding. In fact, they even had the event at Madison Square Garden. Supposedly, the venue was totally transformed into a stunning wedding venue for the pair. The guest list was loaded with stars too. They even had Adam Sandler officiating.
While not too many details or photos of the ceremony have been released to the public yet, Travis has let everyone know just how incredible it was. Apparently, it was the best night of his life.
“I appreciate everyone who came out and celebrated and had fun with us. That’s about all I really got from that night. It was a crazy night. It was full of a lot of celebration,” Travis says.
Part Of The Family
Now that the wedding buzz has settled down, it seems like Taylor is just a regular part of the family. In fact, according to Yahoo!, Kylie Kelce, Taylor’s sister-in-law, even says she’s influencing what her daughters like.
When asked who has an influence on her girls, she admitted to Taylor being one of them.
“Aunt Taylor is a big one,” she says.
So what is Taylor influencing? Apparently, she has taught the girls just how much she loves cats. Taylor is known for her three cats and in the past she has posted them and even had them in her music videos.
“And then we go home, and there are no cats,” Kylie admits.
However, it seems like her husband, Jason Kelce, is the issue. Kylie wants cats, but it seems like Jason may be one against it.
“I’m like, ‘Jason, I need you to lock in here,’” she says. “There is cat need in this house.”
As of now, there’s no sign of them getting a cat any time soon. However, it seems like if Taylor catches wind of the girls wanting a cat, there could be one in their future. Only time will tell!
