Bill Belichick’s relationship with Jordon Hudson is making headlines again after his appearance at her cheer competition over the weekend.
The couple’s romance has drawn controversy since Belichick became head coach of the University of North Carolina, with Hudson further fueling attention through her public antics.

Over the weekend, Bill Belichick showed up once again to support his girlfriend, Jordon Hudson, at her cheer competition.
The coach, who had previously attended Hudson’s Cheer Extreme All Stars event in November 2025, watched as she competed in the International Open Coed Non-Tumbling division at the Cheerleading Worlds in Florida.
And it wasn’t for nothing, as her team, Code Black, came out on top at the event after intense competition from other contestants.
A happy Hudson, who could barely contain her excitement, then took to Instagram to share a rare image of her and her boyfriend.
In the picture, Belichick kept things casual in a black top and face cap, while she was still dressed in her cheer uniform.
“Roses [Up] for Bill the WAG,” Hudson captioned the selfie alongside a ring emoji, three roses, and the OK emoji.
She also added in the background an audio snippet of Taylor Swift’s “End Game.”

The comment section of the post was filled with netizens taking swipes at the couple over their age gap relationship, with some claiming that the images of Belichick were “humiliating.”

“I’m so embarrassed for Bill. If he was competent enough to know what’s going on, he’d be humiliated,” a second user said about the veteran coach.

Former teammate Emily Rodriguez described her as a supportive and thoughtful teammate, recalling how Hudson offered emotional support after her mother’s passing and helped others with practical needs like travel costs and accommodation.

In the second quarter of last year, Belichick and Hudson’s relationship came under intense scrutiny following a disastrous interview on CBS to promote the coach’s book.
Reports at the time criticized Hudson for inserting herself into the interview and trying to control the narrative, despite the questions being directed at Belichick.
While Belichick later clarified that his girlfriend only stepped in because the organizers had steered the questions off course, Hudson chose to respond defiantly, an approach she has continued to display despite the negative spotlight on them.
“I will not be cyber-bullied into submission. I will continue to stand for love, authenticity, and permissibility of nonconformity,” the cheerleader wrote on Instagram, per US Weekly.
She added at the time, “They can burn me at the stake, but they cannot burn out my light!”
