Bridgepoint Group to Acquire Obagi Medical

The UK firm investment firm has agreed to purchase the clinical skincare label from Waldencast for $460 million, with co-founders Michel Brousset and Hind Sebti departing the beauty conglomerate to join Bridgepoint.
