Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche said Thursday that federal agents will arrest an anti-ICE protester who shouted at an officer that he and his family would be “all dead.”

The man was caught on video shouting at a protest outside a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement detention center at an officer who was manning a riot line confronting demonstrators.

“I’ll kill your whole [expletive] family,” the man shouted in an expletive-laden tirade. “Your children, your wife, all dead.”

“I have your face,” he continued. “You’re dead. Dead.

Mr. Blanche told Fox News that deserved punishment.

“That’s a federal crime,” he said.

“Think about how disgusting this individual is, threatening his family and his children with death,” Mr. Blanche said.

He said they have the man’s face from the video and will now hunt for him.

Protests have flared outside Delaney Hall, an ICE detention facility in Newark, New Jersey.

Detainees have launched a hunger strike to protest conditions and elected Democratic lawmakers and anti-ICE protesters have rallied to support them.

New Jersey health inspectors were denied a full inspection during a visit Thursday.

But Democratic members of Congress, who by law are guaranteed access, said they have seen unsanitary conditions, poor food selections, and migrants who deserved more thorough medical care.

Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin this week said the protesters were associated with “antifa.”
