Dorit Kemsley is at risk of losing her million-dollar home. She claimed in court documents that her ex stopped paying the bills in an attempt to force her to leave and sell the house. PK Kemsley returned to England before the couple separated in 2024. His client, Boy George, weighed in on the messy divorce.
Dorit Kemsley and her two children still live in the mansion. The foreclosure case has been postponed several times. Attorney Ronald Richards reports on the financial troubles of the Real Housewives stars. He’s not personally connected to the case, but revealed on social media that the foreclosure was postponed again this month.
“Dorit Kemsley, once again, delayed the foreclosure this morning,” he revealed on July 7. The post included a court document confirming the postponement. The new date is July 14, 2026.
Dorit Kemsley Takes Luxurious Vacation Amid Financial Woes
According to the lawyer, the foreclosure case was postponed this time because Dorit Kemsley was on vacation for her birthday. She turns 50 on July 14, which is the next court date. Ronald Richards speculated that the RHOBH star will never willingly leave the house.
“As we have said, she will never sign a deal that forces her about of the house. The only way she will leave is if the second forecloses. Paul will find this out soon and be forced to make the hard choice of not advancing further funds to save a sinking ship without getting anything in return,” he wrote.
