Details Of Milania Giudice’s Arrest Emerge
Milania Giudice is one of Joe and Teresa Giudice’s four daughters. She left home in the fall of 2024 to attend college at the University of Tampa. She wanted to be closer to her father. Joe Giudice was deported to Italy in 2019 following his release from prison. He later moved to the Bahamas. He can’t enter the United States but his daughters often travel to see him.
The police were called in early May to Teresa Giudice’s mansion in New Jersey. Milania Giudice was arrested on assault charges after a domestic dispute. Page Six obtained the police report on the incident. Milania’s older sister, Gabriella, called the police because her sister was allegedly “throwing food” and acting “erratically.”
Milania Giudice hasn’t addressed what led to her arrest. However, she called out rumors and a fake mugshot that was circulating online. Her next court date is on July 14, 2026.

Bravo viewers watched Teresa Giudice’s daughters grow up on The Real Housewives of New Jersey. The show is returning for Season 15, but cameras may not have captured the drama surrounding Milania’s arrest. But most of the drama has been playing out on social media anyway.
Days after appearing alongside one of her sisters in a video addressing her arrest, Milania Giudice posted screenshots of mean texts from her family. The former reality star exposed feuds with Gabriella and Audriana, according to TMZ.
The text exchange with Gabriella begins with Milania telling her sister to join the call, adding that her thumbs hurt. Gabriella rudely responds, “Good, u keyboard warrior.” Milania responded by calling the diss “weird a** words,” before asking what it even meant.
In her message to Audriana, Milania begs her sister to stop being mean to her. “You’re so mean to me. I love you so much. Can you please like not be f**king mean?” she wrote.
Audriana responded, “UR mean.” But Milania insisted that she wasn’t mean to Audriana and would “fight an army” for her sister. The brief text exchanges give a glimpse into Milania Giudice’s relationships with her sisters.
