Dave Coulier is known for his time on Full House as Uncle Joey. However, the show ended, and fans have not seen much of him. Dave has been dealing with some hard health conditions for the last few years. First, he was diagnosed with Stage 3 Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma. Then, he revealed that he was cancer-free. Shortly after this, he revealed that he had p16 squamous carcinoma. He is now in remission. However, this was hard for him to go through. Fans cannot imagine what he was feeling during this time.

Dave Coulier has given a major health update since being in remission. Fans had noticed that he looked and sounded different. He addressed this and let fans know why all of this was happening.
“The last time I did some of you said that I look differently, and I sound differently, and I do. What you’re seeing is the side effects of extensive radiation that I went through for carcinoma in my throat. I haven’t been able to eat solid food in months. So I’ve lost 45 pounds, that’s what you’re seeing.”
While Dave is in remission, he is still having to deal with the repercussions of having cancer. Fans feel bad that he is having to go through this. However, they are also glad that he is alive and healthier than he was.
