Hurtigruten has launched its annual Summer Sale for North American travellers, offering discounts of up to 50% off select departures for travel through April 2027. The sale runs through July 16, 2026.
This year’s Summer Sale includes up to 50% off Hurtigruten’s legacy Original Coastal Express Voyages for travel between this October and April 2027, and up to 30% off its premium, all-inclusive Signature Voyages departing this July through April 2027.
Carly Biggart, Head of Hurtigruten Americas, said that: “Demand for Norway has never been stronger, and understandably so because of what this unique destination offers: relaxing slow travel along an incredibly beautiful coastline where travelers will immerse with the local way of life unlike any other cruise in the world.”
And Biggart continued: “No one takes guests deeper into this destination than we do at Hurtigruten, nor have the expertise that our crew has. No overcrowded ports, instead local communities eager to show their destination with pride,”
Hurtigruten’s voyages offer travellers a chance to experience authentic Norway, far beyond the ordinary. Since 1893, the Original Coastal Express has served as a lifeline for 34 ports along the rugged Norwegian coast — places where mountains meet the sea and everyday life unfolds amid spectacular landscapes. This iconic route between Bergen and Kirkenes is one of the most immersive and meaningful ways to explore the country.
Hurtigruten’s Signature Voyages, which include the Svalbard Line and North Cape Line, build on the original product with a premium, all-inclusive experience. Guests enjoy longer port visits, expert-led programming by the Coastal Experience Team, and inclusive dining and beverage packages that elevate regional cuisine to a fine-dining level.
Hurtigruten’s Northern Lights Promise is in effect every winter season between September 20 through March 31. If the Northern Lights do not appear on a qualifying winter voyage, guests will receive a free return trip to try again.
