In The City is a spinoff of Summer House. It shows the cast and some new faces tackling life in the big city. However, this was filmed during the fall of 2025. After their relationship was made public, they decided that they wanted to add some scenes to the new show.
“In the City, which launches in a couple of weeks — you’ll see in the first episode we have a new scene that we shot with a couple of the cast members. So, we did pick it up there, but we just didn’t feel like that was the right thing to do on Summer House.”
Fans are ecstatic to hear that they have added this to the show. It would not feel right to ignore a big thing that happened involving most of the cast. The show will also show the downfall of Kyle and Amanda’s marriage.
It seems as though scenes talking about and showing some of Amanda and West’s relationship will be added to the show. They did not feel as though the timing was right to add anything to Summer House.
