Intel is launching the Core Series 3 Wildcat Lake, its new processors aimed at value buyers looking for the best bang for their buck.
The new Wildcat Lake is based on the 18A process node seen in Panther Lake, offering improved performance, great battery life and AI-ready capabilities to value buyers, schools, and small businesses with more than 70 different designs.
The Intel Core Series 3 offers up to 47 per cent improved single-thread performance, 41 per cent better multi-thread performance and up to 2.8x better GPU AI performance. The AI-ready platform offers AI workloads with up to 40 TOPS. Additionally, it supports up to two integrated Thunderbolt 4 ports, Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 6.
The processor, designed for all-day battery life, has up to 64 per cent lower processor power versus the Intel Core i7 150U chips.
The Intel Core Series 3 is available starting today, with designs from Acer, Asus, Dell, Honor, HP, MSI, and with Samsung and Lenovo coming soon.
