Fox News’ Jessica Tarlov is known for serving as a counterpoint to her co-hosts on The Five. However, she recently admitted that Jesse Watters was right about something during a recent discussion on the show. However, she also brought up a few words he shared previously on the show.
Jessica Tarlov Was Named A Co-Host On Fox News’ The Five Back In 2022
Tarlov is an American political strategist for the Democratic Party. In recent years, she has become known for her work with Fox News, particularly serving as a co-host for The Five.
Through her position on the network, Tarlov often offers a counterpoint to other personalities, including her co-hosts. Recently, Tarlov shared a few choice words for Jesse Watters.
During a recent episode of The Five, the panel discussed redistricting efforts, as well as claims of gerrymandering. This came out after voters in Virginia approved a change to district lines. This could possibly help Democrats win control of the U.S. House of Representatives during the midterm elections. However, a judge has since paused the approval.
For his part, Watters told Tarlov, “Jessica, you guys have been gerrymandering for quite some time. You are very good at it. Trump tried his hand at it, did it in Texas, got some good results.” However, he claimed that, since then, Democrats have been “running the table” with the concept.
There Was Something, However, That Tarlov Shared That The Was Something That Jesse Watters Previously Didn’t Believe Her About
Watters then “asked” Tarlov if the party could “stop” or “slow down.” Tarlov answered this with a “no,” adding, “All gas, no brakes.” She continued to explain, “So, the top ten gerrymandered states in the country, only two of them are Democratically-controlled, by the way, so this isn’t really all about how we’re the evil gerrymandering force.”
However, there was one thing that Tarlov admitted that Watters was right about, but wasn’t quite being complimentary. She was referring to Watters’ earlier claims that it wasn’t the Democrats who started the concept. As she explained, “But you are correct in your setup, which I think has never happened in recorded history, at least of me being on The Five, that you guys were the ones who started it.”

However, Tarlov then mentioned that Watters didn’t believe her when she previously talked about gerrymandering. She even quipped that he asked her, “What’s that weird word you are saying, Jessica?,’” at the time. This had caused her and Watters’ co-hosts to laugh as Watters himself remained silent.
The discussion was later shared on Fox News’ YouTube channel. Since then, various people have shared their responses to the conversation. Some comments included:
- “Illinois has been gerrymandering for more than 5 decades..”
- “What’s good for the goose is good for the gander.”
- “Where does she get her information?”
- “I’m a native Virginian and I certainly did NOT vote for Spanberger or the redistricting!”
- “Same in Massachusetts, I think and pretty much here in Oregon, where I live same ratios.”
