Kylie Jenner Struggles To Sell Her Home
It doesn’t matter how big your house is; it can still be hard to sell. Kylie Jenner is learning the very real struggle that can be real estate right now. The reality TV star listed her mansion for sale six months ago. The home is 19,250 square feet and has 14 bathrooms, a gym, a sports court, a chef’s kitchen, and a guardhouse. Literally everything anyone could need for just $48 million. It seems that it would sell with no issues, considering the neighborhood and just how many amenities it has.
However, despite this, it seems she has had no luck selling the dream house. In fact, she actually had to take it off the market completely recently. There’s been no explanation so far as to why she had to bring the house down, The Sun reports. However, it has been rumored that it won’t be down for long.
Even though there’s no exact reason that she had to take down the home, there’s a good chance that Kylie is making some updates to the house to help it sell faster. That would be a reasonable explanation as to why she took the listing off the Internet. If this is the case, after she makes the updates, they will re-list. It will be interesting to see if she decides to change the price when the house goes back up.
Growing Up There
This home has been with the Jenner sister for several years now. Kylie bought the mansion when she was just 22 years old. She has raised both of her children in the home, and even her boyfriend, Timothee Chalamet, has lived there for a period of time.
While this house may seem to have sentimental value, Kylie actually owns several houses; this isn’t the only one she’s trying to sell. She has also listed a cheaper home in Hidden Hills. That mansion was purchased when she was 19-years-old and is listed for $20.25 million.
It seems as though Kylie Jenner has no shortage of homes to list for sale! Only time will tell if she ends up able to sell either of these anytime soon!
