According to TMZ, the outlet confirmed the passing of Clive Davis on Monday, June 22. Furthermore, on Monday morning, a post was shared via Davis’ official Instagram, which read in part, “To the world, our father was the iconic music legend whose vision, instincts, and relentless pursuit of excellence shaped the soundtrack of countless lives… Today, we celebrate not only a towering figure whose influence changed music forever, but the man who led our family with grace, generosity, and kindness. We will miss him greatly, cherish him always, and carry his love with us for the rest of our lives.”
Per the outlet, Davis passed away in his home in New York City. At this time, his cause of death reportedly remains unclear. However, it was recently reported that he had been hospitalized “with an upper respiratory infection” before being discharged on June 4.

As The Shade Room previously reported, on June 18, it was reported that Tay Keith was found deceased inside his apartment in Nashville, Tennessee. At the time, it was reported that no foul play was suspected, and officers had arrived at his home for a welfare check.
