This was upsetting for the entire cast, as they all loved him as a person. Sean was one of the first people in the villa. He was first partnered with Beatriz. However, she left him for the bombshell, and a lot of the reason was that she did not want to be with someone who had a child.

Sean Reifel’s sister has spoken out about the unfair casting after her brother’s elimination. This is something that she felt she needed to address. Sean has a child and is in his late twenties. However, she feels that the women they cast were not at the same stage of life. So, it was hard for him to find a solid connection.
“I just don’t think that that show is really catered towards people who are, you know, he’s in his late 20s, he’s very mature, he’s a dad, so it kind of felt like a lot of the girls were in their early to mid 20s and not quite in that stage in life yet.”

It seems as though Sean’s sister was not having it. She was upset that he was sent home. However, she was more upset seeing how upset he and everyone else were. She does think that the casting was not fit for someone more mature and for someone who has a child. She thinks that the women were not in the same stage of life that Sean was in. So, she wished that was different for him.
