Napoli cruised to a comfortable 4-0 win over Cremonese in Serie A, with the result effectively settled before half-time.

The hosts made a fast start and were ahead inside three minutes. Scott McTominay collected a pass from Kevin De Bruyne and struck low into the bottom corner, setting the tone early.

Their second goal arrived just before the break in unfortunate fashion for Cremonese, as Filippo Terracciano turned the ball into his own net under pressure.

There was still time for a third before half-time, and it came through De Bruyne, who finished calmly from inside the box to cap a dominant opening period.

Cremonese showed brief signs of resistance after the restart, but Napoli quickly extended their lead. Alisson Santos made it 4-0 with a composed finish from the edge of the area following a swift counter-attack.

The visitors continued to push, forcing several saves from Vanja Milinkovic-Savic, while Emil Audero also denied Napoli further goals, including a saved penalty from McTominay.

Leipzig cement third spot in Bundesliga

RB Leipzig secured a 3-1 win over Union Berlin, doing the damage early before seeing out the closing stages with relative comfort.

The hosts made their pressure count midway through the first half. Max Finkgrafe opened the scoring with a composed finish from close range, and Leipzig quickly built on that lead. Romulo added a second soon after, converting from inside the box to give the home side a firm grip on the game before the break.

Union Berlin struggled to create clear openings, while Leipzig continued to look the more threatening side. Their advantage was extended just after the hour mark when Ridle Baku found the net from a tight angle, effectively putting the result beyond doubt.

To their credit, Union Berlin kept pushing and were rewarded late on. Danilho Doekhi headed in from a corner to reduce the deficit and give the scoreline a slightly different look.

Leipzig still carried a threat going forward, with Johan Bakayoko striking the post and testing the goalkeeper late on, but the outcome was never seriously in doubt.

Lens fail to put pressure on PSG with draw

Brest and Lens shared the points in a 3-3 draw after a match that hands the Ligue 1 title back to Paris Saint-Germain.

Brest built a strong lead before the break. Daouda Guindo opened the scoring early with a low strike from distance, and Lucas Tousart added a second with a header from close range. Just before half-time, Junior Dina Ebimbe finished from inside the box to make it 3-0.

Lens improved after the interval and began to create more chances. Florian Thauvin pulled one back with a well-placed effort, and Abdallah Sima reduced the gap further after the hour mark. The visitors pushed for an equaliser, hitting the woodwork multiple times through Sima and Allan Saint-Maximin as Brest struggled to slow the momentum.

Late pressure finally paid off in added time. Saint-Maximin found space outside the box and struck a low shot into the corner to level the score at 3-3. The closing moments saw further attempts from Lens, including a close-range miss from Saud Abdulhamid and a saved header from Odsonne Edouard, but Brest held on.
