Rachael Ray Recently Posted With A Little Cooking Advice For Fans
Ray is a professional cook and television personality known for a variety of television programs, especially for the Food Network. These include 30 Minute Meals, Rachael Ray’s Tasty Travels, and $40 a Day. She also hosted her own namesake syndicated talk show, Rachael Ray, from 2006 to 2023.
Since then, Ray has moved away from traditional television, launching her Free Food Studios production company. Ray has since starred in shows for the FYI network, including Meals in Minutes and Rachael Ray in Tuscany.
Recently, Ray shared a video with fans on Instagram. During the share, Ray discussed the importance of using your instincts when it comes to cooking, even when it comes to measuring.
Ray shared, “Your hand is the original measuring spoon? When you’re seasoning as you go, don’t overthink it. A little pinch, a little palmful, a little confidence is all you need to cook by feel. Your food will thank you.”
Many Fans Highlighted All That Ray Went Through Over The Past Few Years
At the time, many commenters questioned a change in Ray’s appearance during the video, with many saying she was unrecognizable. Many of those comments came from internet trolls, while others appeared to be from concerned fans.
However, Ray also had fans who took to the comment section in her defense. As many noted, Ray had gone through a lot over the past few years, such as losing her Lake Luzerne home to a fire in 2020 and losing her mother last year.

Others called on people to show more kindness on social media, with many noting that people can make fun of issues that impact a lot of people. Some comments included:
