Dorit Kemsley finally told her story in a new memoir. Unburdened delves into her bitter divorce from PK, her husband of nearly a decade. Several of her castmates have shared their thoughts on the split, especially regarding Dorit’s alleged misuse of money. Her former co-star, Camille Grammer, had a lot to say about it. Dorit fired back over false narratives. Keep reading for the latest on the ongoing feud.
What Caused Dorit Kemsley & Camille Grammer Rift?
Dorit Kemsley and Camille Grammer used to be on good terms, or at least, tolerate each other. But there’s no love lost between them these days. After watching Dorit’s behavior on Season 15, Camille said that her former co-star has become a “monster.” But where did the feud start?
The origins of the bad blood between them go way back to 2017. Dorit Kemsley called her co-star a “stupid c**t” during a group dinner. She later said that it was just a joke, but Camille wasn’t amused. The ex-wife of Kelsey Grammer never got over it.
However, she could relate to Dorit’s very public divorce battle. Camille went through one of her own when the Cheers actor left her in 2010. But her sympathy for her former co-star was tested amid PK’s allegations that Dorit was spending money on clothes while their Los Angeles mansion was facing foreclosure. The foreclosure is paused for the moment, but the Kemsleys could lose the home.

Dorit Kemsley Fires Back At At Former RHOBH Co-Star
Dorit Kemsley wrote in her book that her marriage began to change after she joined RHOBH and was making her own money. She also blamed it on PK’s alleged drinking problem. The reality star gave several interviews about the book. She joined Andy Cohen on Watch What Happens Live.
Always the messy host, Andy Cohen brought up Camille Grammer calling Dorit a “monster.” Dorit didn’t hold back when reacting to the diss. “Wow, how shocking. This is the only person in the world that can resuscitate something from 10 years ago,” Dorit said. The RHOBH star added, “God bless her.”
It’s safe to assume that Camille Grammer didn’t reach out to Dorit to congratulate her on the success of the memoir. The “c-word” incident was mentioned in the book. “It’s not my finest hour — but Camille has kept it in circulation for so long I’m surprised she hasn’t framed it and hung it in her foyer,” she wrote about the incident.
Dorit pointed out in the book that she apologized the next day and many times over the years. She referred to the incident as an “early lesson” during her time on The Real Housewives.
