Recently, social media users began sharing claims about a photo they say shows Nolan at a land-based pool party. This, allegedly in Jackson County, before 1 a.m. on July 5. The image, reposted by Attorney Crump, allegedly shows Nolan standing in a pool with several people nearby, with what appears to be a male friend’s arm around his shoulder as he looks back toward the camera. The photo also appears to show bottles and cans near the edge of the pool while others pose for the picture. However, no official statements have confirmed the details surrounding the image, and online claims should be treated as unverified while the investigation continues.

Now, Tracestin Shepherd, one of the people allegedly seen in the video, is sharing his account of what he says actually happened that day, while attorney Ben Crump continues to advocate for answers on behalf of Wells’ family.
