However, that does not seem to be the case. Casey currently has custody of Hunter. However, he is trying to get full custody of Hunter and his son, Wesley. Casey is also trying to make it so that he cannot see Bella, Kris, or Falen unless he is there.

Hunter Johnson has spoken out on the custody issue. He gave his side of things and let fans know if he wants to be with his father or not. It seems that he does not want to live with his dad and has his reasons as to why.
I do not like being at my dad’s. There is no food there. It’s disgusting. I don’t like being around him. He pinned me up against the wall by my throat when I was little. I’m scared. And I’ve also been videoed there by my little sister as I was getting in the shower.
Hunter made it clear that he does not want to live there. However, a GoFundMe was recently set up to help his dad with lawyer fees. So, it is not looking to good for Hunter.

It seems as though Hunter does not want to live with his dad. He does not like it there. Hunter claims that there is no food there, the house is gross, that he is scared, and violated. These are all things fans had no idea about. However, Hunter has made it clear that he does not like living at his dad’s house and would prefer not to be there. He also clarified that Falen is not obsessed with him.
