Could Lindsay Hubbard Reconcile With Amanda?
The Summer House cast was blown away when they learned that Amanda Batula and West Wilson were an item. She and Kyle Cooke announced their separation before the beginning of Season 10. However, many felt that it was a long time coming, and they had long been over. At the same time, to find out that Amanda and her co-star, West, were hooking up was completely out of left field. He had dated SH star Ciara Miller in Season 8, and she was best friends with Amanda. So, it was the ultimate betrayal all around.
Lindsay Hubbard has been with the hit Bravo series since its inception, and has felt the shockwaves. Now, she is opening up about where her relationship with Amanda stands. Can she forgive her for the mess that has been made, or is it over for good? Amanda did text Lindsay after the reunion was filmed, which is said to be explosive. At this point, yes, Lindsay would consider meeting up with her co-star, but she was snarky, all the same:
“I don’t know yet. I’m a little busy, so we’ll see.”
However, Lindsay Hubbard realizes that she and Amanda Batula have been friends for far too long not to have a sitdown:
“I think that I owe it to the history of our 10 years of friendship to hear her out. We’ve gone through so much together, us as a group, specifically me, Kyle, Amanda, and Carl [Radke], for 10 years on TV.”
Lindsay added that, in a different environment, things could change, so it may be best to chat elsewhere. She still has a lot of questions regarding everyone involved, but acknowledged her feelings are at the bottom of the totem pole.
Lindsay’s Own Breakup
Obviously, Lindsay Hubbard knows how hard it is to be in this situation of breaking up in public. She and her co-star, Carl Radke, got engaged on Summer House at Southampton’s Dune Beach. They then began planning their wedding, which was called off shortly before they walked down the aisle. She then reconnected with an old flame, had a daughter, and is now a single mother. Lindsay will next appear on the spinoff, In The City, where more of West Wilson and Amanda Batula’s romance will be revealed. Hopefully, Lindsay and Amanda can reconcile before it is too late.
