Victoria Lee Robinson, the ex of “Vanderpump Rules” alum Tom Sandoval, recently requested a restraining order against the former Bravo star. Now, in a new update, the legal petition has been denied, and Sandoval has issued a response, claiming he lived in fear for his safety throughout the two-year relationship.
Notably, this comes after Sandoval’s request for a restraining order against Robinson was granted, as was a move-out order for their Hollywood rental.
Following news of Robinson’s legal setback, a representative for Sandoval issued a statement to Us Weekly. They said, “It’s no surprise that Victoria’s request for a restraining order was immediately denied.” After that, the statement used the fact that the “Vanderpump Rules” alum was granted his order as proof that he didn’t abuse Robinson.
It continued, “The court granted Tom a restraining order and an immediate move-out order against both Victoria and her father.”
Regarding the judge honoring Sandoval’s request, the representative added, “The decision came after Tom presented extensive photographic evidence, along with police reports prepared after officers reviewed all of the video footage from that night, including footage showing Victoria punching Tom in the face.”
The ‘Vanderpump Rules’ Alum Claims Victoria Was The Abuser

The remarks from Sandoval’s representative continued by not only denying that he ever abused the 34-year-old, but also asserting that he had been the victim of physical and verbal attacks throughout their relationship.
According to the statement, “During their two-and-a-half-year relationship, Tom has made it clear he never physically harmed Victoria. Instead, he lived in fear of her repeated physical attacks and unpredictable behavior.”
From there, they discuss the case moving forward, saying, “He will show he was the victim of ongoing physical and emotional abuse, and has substantial evidence documenting what he endured, which will be presented through the legal process.”
It should be noted that Sandoval filed for his restraining order against Victoria and her father on June 25.
Victoria Accused Tom Of Multiple Instances Of Abuse

According to TMZ, Robinson entered her request for a restraining order on July 3. She stated in the legal filing that Sandoval had been abusive toward her on multiple occasions before their June 3 altercation. She stated that one instance came in May 2026 when he shoved her to the ground and locked her out of their hotel room.
Robinson also recalled being pushed down the stairs during an August 2025 fight. Per the filing, this left the model with “visible injuries” on her knees. She also reported enduring verbal abuse, including screaming and gaslighting.
The Australian-born model also claimed that Sandoval referred to her as “dumb,” “stupid,” and “a coward throughout the course of their relationship.
Victoria’s Dad Has Called Out Tom Sandoval

According to Reality Tea, Victoria’s dad, Will Robinson, responded to the saga between Sandoval and his daughter in a series of social media comments that were later posted in the “Vanderpump Rules” category on Reddit. In them, he recalls the night of June 3, saying Sandoval attempted to “overpower” Victoria.
From there, he stated that he tried to defend his daughter, and Sandoval then pushed him toward a lit fireplace, leading him to then threaten the “Vanderpump Rules” alum.
After that, Will began to make veiled allegations against Sandoval. According to the screenshots, he said, “I don’t, and I won’t lie or exaggerate, if the public knew the truth about Tom that I can prove, it would/will freak everyone out.”
He went on to claim that the information he has regarding Sandoval will leave the “VPR” alum with “lawsuits coming at him from every direction.” Will also stated that he never approved of Sandoval dating his daughter.
Will Robinson Also Discussed Tom And Victoria’s Rental Home

Elsewhere in the social media comments, Will mentioned the Hollywood rental home Sandoval shared with Victoria. Notably, she requested use of the home along with her now-denied motion for a restraining order.
Regarding the house, Will stated, “That’s my daughter’s house,” before claiming that she “put $20,000 down and pay[s] the rent there.” He went on to assert that the furniture and other items in the home belong to her, claiming that Sandoval only owns “a water machine and a treadmill.”
Will also stated, “I’ve paid his phone bill for about two years,” and then said that the “Vanderpump Rules” alum “collects food stamps.”
