Happy’s Place is officially back in production for Season 3, and it has fans ready and raring to go. The Reba McEntire-helmed sitcom became an unexpected smash hit for NBC and has delivered ever since. Now, with the fall premieres just around the corner, some shows are offering a sneak peek into what to expect. So, is there a chance that two fan favorites, Bobbie (Reba) and Emmett (Rex Linn), could be endgame? Keep reading for more on what the show has teased.
Bobbie & Emmett Tried To Make It Work
Happy’s Place fans were thrilled when Bobbie (Reba McEntire) and Emmett (Rex Linn) tried to turn their friendship romantic. After all, the actors are engaged in real life, so it only made sense to have them be involved on the show. They were absolutely adorable together, and viewers were hopeful that they could make it work. However, things got messy when Bobbie learned that Emmett always knew that she had a half-sister. This was a secret her father had kept from her and she never until after he passed.
Although Bobbie was willing to reconcile with Emmett at the end of Season 2, he was trying to stay solo. Now, with Season 3 up and running for an October 23rd premiere, the show is teasing what fans can possibly expect. Reba McEntire shared a carousel of snaps from the series, and the first slide was of Bobbie and Emmett kissing. So, does that mean they will be back at it for the new season? This is very promising and would be welcomed by viewers.
Currently, Reba and Rex Linn are planning their wedding, but are in no rush. So, if fans can see their characters on Happy’s Place end up together, that would make up for the nuptial hold-up. After Reba shared the snaps from the series, co-star and close friend Melissa Peterman immediately chimed in:
