However, despite their long relationship and the kids, Kourtney never fully committed to Scott, especially because he made a lot of bad choices when he was younger.
Later, Kourtney ended up going on to marry Travis Barker and has a son with him. It’s possible she could actually even be pregnant again. So, it really seems like there’s no hope these two will ever get back together.
In the meantime, Khloe Kardashian and Scott have always had a very unique relationship. They often seem like flirty best friends, especially when on their show, The Kardashians.
