Reality TV stars have to be careful what they say when they have so many cameras on them. One Big Brother houseguest might just have to learn that the hard way. Keep reading to find out what one person said that may have them gone before the next live eviction.
Big Brother Houseguest In Hot Water
There are a lot of cameras in the Big Brother house. So, nothing truly goes unheard or unseen. Because of this, houseguests need to watch what they say before they get kicked off the show for being inappropriate. It seems as though Kamu may be in that exact situation for making ‘homophobic’ comments against fellow housemate, Jason.
On the live feeds this week, fans overheard a conversation between Kamu and Survivor alum Rick Devens. In the footage, Jason walks out in a pair of girly pajamas – belonging to fellow houseguest, Mallory. Upon his arrival, Rick asks if Jason is wearing girl clothes. Kamu responded, saying they actually also asked him to wear them too. He said, “I said, ‘Bro, miss me with the drag stuff. Miss me. I’m still an MMA guy, and I have an image to uphold.”
Not only that, but he also liked some ‘homophobic’ posts on social media prior to getting to the house.
Seeing as Jason is actually a drag queen, this has left a very bad taste in viewers’ mouths.
However, the network is already on it.
Will Kamu Leave The Show?
It’s not unheard of for people to get kicked off of reality TV shows for things they say or do on or off camera. In fact, this happens on Love Island all the time. Now, people are wondering if it will happen on Big Brother.
“Production is aware of Kamu’s social media activity and they are not happy with the comment he made that a lot of people are perceiving as anti-drag,” a source says according to The Sun. “They hear the feedback loud and clear. Because of that, they’re monitoring Kamu more closely than the other houseguests.
At this point, he hasn’t done enough to get kicked out. But, he has raised some ‘red flags.’ From now on he will be monitored closely.
“That being said, there is no active discussion currently about removing him from the show,” the source reveals. “If they feel he does violate the code of conduct or crosses the line, they will handle it promptly.”
It will be interesting to see how this unfolds and if it is shown on the show. Only time will tell if Kamu says anything else to put his place in the house in jeopardy.
