Brad Pitt has been dragged into another legal controversy after a cream company sued him for what they believe to be trademark infringement.
The Malibu-based brand, which specializes in skin care for male genitalia, is also seeking a significant amount in damages from the actor.
Meanwhile, Brad Pitt is still involved in a nasty court battle with his ex-wife, Angelina Jolie, over the sale of her share of their Château Miraval winery.
According to Page Six, Brad Pitt has found himself in the middle of another court battle after Malibu-based skincare brand, Beau D, sued him for changing his skincare brand’s name to something similar to theirs.
The “Mr. & Mrs. Smith” actor launched his high-end skincare line in 2022, partnering with the prestigious Perrin wine family of France.
Originally named Le Domaine, the luxury line underwent a major rebranding and repositioning effort last year, changing its name to Beau Domaine.
Reports suggested that Beau D made three attempts to settle and resolve the issue out of court, but all their efforts proved abortive.

The company has now sued Pitt’s outfit for false designation of origin under the California Business and Professional Code, claiming there’s a likelihood their name change will lead to consumer confusion.
They’re asking for $75,000 in damages and want Pitt’s company to stop using the name.
According to the brand, their product, “crème p-nis,” was made to put “power in your package.”
In a chat with AirMail (via Page Six), the founder of the company said, “It will help to bring plumpness to that skin, inspire collagen production, and slow down the process of aging.”
Pitt has yet to respond to the lawsuit, which might add to the legal issues he’s already dealing with.

Pitt has been involved in a public court fight with his ex-wife, Angelina Jolie, over the sale of her share in their joint French winery, Château Miraval.
The Oscar winner claims she denied him his right to first refusal and sold it to Russian oligarch Yuri Shefler as a way of getting back at him.
Before then, they had a bitter falling out over a 2016 private jet incident in which the “Maleficent” star accused Pitt of verbal and physical assault against her and their children. She subsequently filed for divorce, citing the incident as the catalyst.
At the time, the FBI and the Department of Child and Family Services launched an investigation into the incident and claims he physically assaulted one of their kids, but they soon dropped the investigation, concluding no findings of abuse.
Since then, the “Bullet Train” actor has remained estranged from almost all of his children. They’ve continued to shut him out as a handful of them chose to celebrate many of their life achievements, like birthdays and graduation, without him. Some of them have also chosen to drop his name from theirs.
The Actor Has Moved On But Is Still Haunted By The Past
Meanwhile, Pitt has since moved on from his past relationship and is now in a full-blown romance with Ines de Ramon.
The actor started dating the jewelry designer as far back as 2022, and together they’ve been seen enjoying luxury dinners together and holding hands on several outings.
However, it appears Pitt is still haunted by a ghost from the past as sources told the Daily Mail he’ll not be getting married to her because of what he suffered in his last marriage.
According to the news outlet, the insider noted that the couple is “very happy” together, adding that the 62-year-old actor “enjoys the peace and support of his easygoing girlfriend,” but will likely not be walking down the aisle or welcoming any kids with her.
“He has a great partner whom he appreciates, but there is no rush in that direction,” one source said.
Brad Pitt’s Inner Circle Believes Angelina Jolie Has A Hand In His Estrangement From His Kids
The “Once Upon a Time in Hollywood” star seems to believe his ex-wife has a hand in his strained ties with his children and has now come to terms with the reality.
A source said, “There has been a campaign of alienation [by Jolie] which has been successful.”
“The antagonism is huge,” the source continued. “He has been alienated from the kids completely. It is devastating to him.”
Earlier this month, he shunned going to his daughter Zahara’s graduation from Spelman College in Atlanta, Georgia, with an insider telling TMZ nothing got in his way, but he seemingly didn’t want to make it about himself.
“Nothing prevented him from showing up for her. Or ever visiting her. The day was about all she accomplished. Not whether he was willing to attend,” a source told the news outlet.
However, a separate source told the Daily Mail that the actor isn’t to blame.
“You can’t have it both ways – to promote a complete estrangement and then criticize someone for not going to an event when you’ve made sure that they would not be welcome,” the insider said, adding, “That’s not a situation which he created.”
