Jelly Roll and Bunnie Xo would have celebrated their tenth wedding anniversary in August. Instead, they are already officially divorced just two months after the singer filed for divorce. The “Need a Favor” singer secretly filed in May, but the news didn’t hit the media until June.
The former couple vowed to remain friends and have kept that promise so far. They handled their divorce negotiations privately. The exact details are confidential. But a source told PEOPLE magazine that Jelly Roll was “generous” in splitting assets with his former wife. “He’s a very generous person by nature and wanted to make sure the divorce was handled fairly and respectfully,” the insider said.
Neither side wanted to drag out the legal proceedings. They split up their assets, including their homes and cars. The former adult s*x worker reportedly received a massive lump sum instead of seeking alimony in the split.

However, continuing with IVF could have legal “consequences.” Page Six reported that Bunnie Xo and Jelly Roll were both advised separately against having a child together. “There may be consequences pertaining to this Agreement with respect to their genetic materials, due to evolving technology and case law; as well as the ‘interim category’ of interest afforded to said genetic materials,” they were reportedly told.
Bunnie Xo and Jelly Roll were advised to seek legal advice on the topic. However, they both reportedly refused. The outlet also reported that the former couple’s divorce settlement included a caveat that neither could publicly bash the other. For now, the exes are playing nice, but that could change in the future.
