She went on to write about her father’s impact on not only her, but fans around the world. “I don’t think you ever truly knew the impact you had on this world,” Kelly Osbourne wrote. “I certainly didn’t until you were gone… You changed lives simply by being yourself and the beautiful timeless music you created.”
Kelly Osbourne confessed to her father that his death broke her. But his voice “guides” her. “Until the day we meet again,” she ended the heartbreaking letter.
