Farenexus has announced a new partnership that will see it teaming up with Icelandair to support its NDC program.

Through the new partnership, Farenexus will provide technology solutions and dedicated operational support to help scale Icelandair’s NDC ecosystem. Leveraging its nexusAQUA platform, Farenexus will focus on:

- Dedicated L1/L2 Technical Support – Providing continuous operational support, proactive monitoring, and timely issue resolution to ensure a reliable and high-quality NDC experience.
- Continuous Quality & Regression Validation – Using nexusAQUA to automate functional, business, and end-to-end workflow validation, helping maintain quality as Icelandair’s NDC platform evolves.
- Advanced Agent Portal – Delivering a comprehensive booking platform that enables travel sellers to access Icelandair’s dynamic offers, rich ancillary products, and complete order management capabilities including changes, cancellations, and refunds from a single interface.
