Fox News Viewers Notice Something Off About Sean Hannity
Millions of viewers tune in to Sean Hannity’s Fox News show. But they noticed something was off with the host earlier this month. He looked different and sounded different. Some viewers even worried that he had a stroke or other health crisis.
Sean Hannity was eventually forced to reveal what was going on with his health after other news outlets began to ask questions. He revealed on social media that a sinus infection led to laryngitis. His doctor wanted to put him on prednisone, but he refused.
But he ended up on the medication after a different health issue. Prednisone is a commonly used medicine to treat all kinds of issues, including asthma, allergic reactions, and lupus. One of the most common side effects is weight gain, particularly in the face. Sean Hannity revealed that he had to go on the medicine after suffering a pinched nerve in his neck.
Viewers noticed his face was puffy and his voice was raspy from the laryngitis. “I appreciate all the concern and well wishes — including from members of the left-wing media. Sorry to disappoint them, but a pinched nerve, a raspy voice, and a puffy face aren’t taking me out anytime soon,” he wrote on Twitter about the headlines regarding his health issues.
