Kroy Biermann and Kim Zolciak are at odds over parenting their four minor children. He made shocking allegations of neglect, accusing his ex of abandoning their children. She denied it and said she was out of the country working. The former Bravo star joined other reality TV alums in Amazon’s Reality Retreat.

Kim Zolciak Avoids Jail In Bitter Custody Battle With Ex
The police received multiple calls from both Kim Zolciak and her estranged husband in the last few years. They were both removed from their Atlanta home in 2025 after the home was foreclosed.
Kim Zolciak recently escaped jail time amid the tense court battle. A Georgia judge had ordered her to pay thousands in fees to a court-appointed guardian by a certain deadline or risk jail time. According to TMZ, the RHOA alum paid off the $2,535 debt on July 14. The payment kept her out of the slammer, but the guardian is reportedly interviewing Kim Zolciak’s four minor children. The interview is part of the guardian’s task to reach a custody settlement.
